What to Know First
DualFixer cooperates with two shopping cart vendors: 2Checkout and Cleverbridge. Before canceling your renewal service, check your order confirmation email to confirm which vendor processed your order, then follow the corresponding instructions.

We aim to respond within 24 hours to resolve your issue promptly.
Refund requested more than 30 days after purchase
Refunds will not be issued for requests submitted beyond 30 days of the purchase date.
Non-technical refund reasons
DualFixer offers comprehensive trial versions to help you evaluate products before purchase. Refunds are only granted for technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team.
Product already used successfully
If the product has performed its intended task successfully, refunds are not available. However, if the product is faulty or fails to function as advertised due to software issues, you are eligible for a refund.
Purchased from a third-party reseller
Products bought through resellers are subject to the reseller’s own return policies, not DualFixer’s.
Request due to switching to a competitor’s product
If you purchased a similar product from another provider and wish to return DualFixer software for this reason, a refund will not be issued.
Product failures unrelated to DualFixer software
Refunds are not provided for issues outside the product’s intended functionality or advertised features.
Unauthorized purchases
If a purchase was made without your consent (e.g., using your credit card or PayPal account without permission), contact your payment service provider directly for a refund.
Unresolved technical issues with support
Before requesting a refund for technical difficulties, you must work with our support team to troubleshoot. Refunds are only eligible if our team cannot resolve the issue. This also applies to missing product keys—contact support first, and we will respond within 24 hours.

If you purchased the wrong product or version, you can either:
- Purchase the correct product and contact support to request a refund for the unwanted one; or
- Ask our support team to directly exchange the product for you.
Price adjustment requests after 7 days
We offer price adjustment refunds for 7 days from the purchase date. If you notice a price drop on the official DualFixer website within 7 days of your purchase, email support@dualfixer.com with your order ID to request a price adjustment. No adjustments are granted after 7 days. This policy applies only to public price changes on the official site, not to post-purchase promotional email discounts.
