DualFixer Software License Agreement

This Agreement is a legal contract between you (either an individual or an entity) and SHENZHEN DualFixer Tech Co., Ltd (the developer of DualFixer products). This Agreement supersedes all previous license versions and governs your use of the SOFTWARE (referred to as “DualFixer Products” herein).

Copyright Ownership

SHENZHEN DualFixer Tech Co., Ltd exclusively owns all copyrights, intellectual property rights, and related interests in DualFixer Products.

License Grant for Free/Trial Versions

Anyone may use the free or trial version of DualFixer Products for evaluation purposes before purchasing. The trial version is provided to help you assess the software’s functionality; after the trial period expires, you must purchase a full license to continue using the software.

License Terms for Registered Versions

Upon successful registration, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DualFixer Products on one designated computer for legal purposes only. A separate license is required for each computer on which the software is installed.

  • The registered software may not be rented, leased, or sublicensed to any third party.
  • Permanent transfer of the license is permitted only if the recipient agrees to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. Such transfer must include all software updates, patches, and previous versions.

Distribution of Free/Trial Versions

The free or trial version of DualFixer Products may be freely distributed, provided that the original distribution package remains unmodified (including but not limited to installation files, logos, and documentation). No individual or entity may charge a fee for distributing the free or trial version without prior written permission from SHENZHEN DualFixer Tech Co., Ltd.

Disclaimer of Warranty

DUALFIXER PRODUCTS ARE DISTRIBUTED “AS IS”. NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY IS PROVIDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU AGREE TO USE THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. SHENZHEN DualFixer Tech Co., Ltd SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR OTHER LOSSES ARISING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES.

Restrictions on Use

You shall not:

  • Use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, or transfer the software (or any subset thereof) except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
  • Modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the software.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the software.

Any unauthorized use will result in the immediate termination of this license and may lead to criminal or civil liability.

Trademarks

“DualFixer” is a registered trademark of SHENZHEN DualFixer Tech Co., Ltd. All other trademarks, service marks, or product names mentioned herein are the property of their respective owners.

Software Support

Technical support is provided exclusively via email and is limited to the most current version of DualFixer Products.

We will review all reasonable suggestions but are not obligated to implement them.

Reservation of Rights

SHENZHEN DualFixer Tech Co., Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Revise this license agreement at any time (updated versions will be posted on the official website).
  • Modify, update, or discontinue DualFixer Products (in whole or in part) at its discretion.
  • Adjust product prices without prior notice.
  • Retain all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.

Acceptance of Terms

By installing, downloading, or using DualFixer Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall the software from your devices and cease all use.
